I recently paid a visit to the Hopkinsville, Kentucky offices of one of the leading industry veterans, IX Web Hosting. It’s been a few years since I last sat down with them and I was anxious to see how they were progressing. After all, with their hosting plans and excellent service, they’ve managed to stay ranked on our list for some time now, recently evolving to the claim our top spots.

Featuring a plush 60-seat call center, excellent amenities and a strong office community spirit, it was quite a site to see such dedicated persons who truly enjoy helping others!
Being a customer of theirs for over 3 years now, I feel confident in IX Web Hosting. Albeit, my tenure with their service hasn’t been flawless, it’s good to know what’s going on behind the scenes. Sometimes a web server goes down, or some times email gets lost, but such things are only expected on the Internet. Funny with your description, wonder why so many people are jumping ship. Could it be that their Tech Support is nonexistent?
Just last week, I had to move the e-mail service from one of my domains to Google Apps because their e-mail system wasn’t working, and they wouldn’t respond to service tickets. Now, this week, another one has stopped functioning. Looks like I’m looking for a new host for my domains.
