Could it be that their Tech Support is nonexistent? Just last week, I had to move the e-mail service from one of my domains to Google Apps because their e-mail system wasn't working, and they wouldn't respond to service tickets. Now, this week, another one has stopped functioning. Looks like I'm looking for a new host for my domains.
