We bought a week worth of hosting from globat.com. We found that there billing/support system lacks and is very difficult to use. Getting in contact with them is very hard. Another thing to keep in mind is that there control panel is very difficult for the average person to use they do not use cpanel or any other common control panel which most people prefer. We have to give globathost.com  a 3/10 on there customer support and a 6/10 on speed and uptime. Over all they are a descent host but once again there support system lacks and is difficult to use.
