Of course, if a customer is a happy then it means more business  as well as more people who will spread the word about how wonderful they are and that equals more business for them.

Many people have praised them for their wonderfully affordable plans and packages, there are even some people who were given extensions for their monthly payments because the clients were having some money troubles. A web host as understanding as them definitely deserves the hype and the following surrounding it. Obviously, they are not a web hosting company that’s just after the money. Because lets face it, without these people web hosting companies would be nothing.
