15 Productivity Tools For Small Business

Rob and I came back from the Blog Indiana conference with a strong feeling that we are on the right track as a small business. We learned about a bunch of new Web2.0 productivity tools to simplify the way we do things. Some are more useful than others, but here’s the list as it stands now:

• Google Apps - E-mail, Calendar, Homepage (iGoogle), Document - Customer Relationship Management, Template - Online - Online Collaboration, Team - Business - Web Demos, Conference - Phone - VoIP - Online Sales Channel - Website Hosting
• Google Analytics - Website Tracking and - Customer Support, Live Online - The URBaCS - Our Personal - Notes/Reminders
