Website based:

1. SEO - Search engine optimization
2. Broken links- They are links that go no-where once you click on them or sends you an error page
4. Domain Name - a domain name is your (www.test.com) website that may sometimes be seen as (65.75.95.45) a form of an ip address.
5. Bandwidth- is how many people can come and go through your website
6. Transfer- is how fast a visitor can view your website. Or how fast a website can load.
7. Sitemap- Is a location (usually at the bottom of the website) that has links to the entire website.
8. SSL- stands for Secure Sockets Layer which protects websites from fraud.
9. Database- is a storage unit where all your visitor information & sent forms can be kept.

Internet Based:

1. ISP - Internet service provider is your type of internet company. (Example: Verizon, AOL, Cablevision, Comcast)

e-Mail:

1. e-Mail address- is the \\\”location\\\” of the person you want to write to kinda like a home address. looks something like this (sample@sample.com)
2. Autoresponder- is message that gets sent to someone as a reply to their original e-mail. Most people use this feature if are away on vacation. (example: thank you for your e-mail, i am away right now but I will try to read it and respond ASAP)
